德國特樂斯特有限責任兩合公司的前身德國保爾.特樂斯特機械制造廠成立于1892年 ，至今有近130年的歷史。公司主要致力于橡膠和電纜生產線及相關成型設備的生產，加工制造及設計開發和技術服務等工作。目前，公司在世界各地共有員工約500人,全球有代理40多家；且在美國，莫斯科,中國均設 有分公司或代表處。
2004年,特樂斯特機械（上海）有限公司正式成立于上海市浦東川沙國際精工園區 , 目前共有員工85名（其中外國專家兩名）。公司管理部門員工40名 ，且均為大學以上學歷，并在各部 門生產和工作中起到了重要的骨干重用。
